Vintage 9" Richard Lindh for Arabia Finland Flowerpot Planter

Designed by Richard Lindh for the Finnish ceramic company Arabia, this flowerpot is a rounded (SN) model of the flowerpots produced by the company between 1964-1985.

The design features a minimal cylindrical form that tapers at the bottom which creates an elegant reveal between the pot and the accompanying saucer it rests within. The bottom of the pot has drainage notches as well as a hole for water drainage.

This particular example is a larger more rare sized pot at 9" diameter with most other Lindh pots on the market measuring 5.5" diameter. It is date stamped 1973 with a matte white glaze finish. Excellent condition with minor wear.
